I operated a marketing business for five years where I helped service-based businesses increase their visibility online. While operating this business, I realized that the main thing most businesses are missing is authentic creativity. This is what sets you apart from your competitors. In this digital age, it's easy to start a business and create a website using Artificial Intelligence. AI will create entire pages for you and sure, it'll make your process easier, but your voice won't be heard. Your creativity won't be seen. If you're wondering why everyone's business sounds the same, this is why. I've been on the "wrong side of AI" from the very beginning according to competing businesses but my stance remains the same. There's no voice quite as unique as your own and no form of AI can ever replicate that.

What is the difference between virtual assistance and social media marketing?
With social media management, your primary role is to manage social media engagement, posting and reach. Virtual assistance far extends this. In my past experience, social media management has overtaken the important roles of marketing. With virtual assistance, I take far more off your plate than social media. Your website is important. Website management is important. Email marketing is important. Data entry is important. When combined, these skills are invaluable and save you time.

Social media is important but my main focus is your website, email marketing and taking other things off your plate that manage client retention and communication. I can design your social media posts and write your captions but these will all be planned out and sent to you for you to post on your own. I have learned that you are the best at engaging on social media with clients. They desire your authentic voice and expect it on social media because of the purpose of social media.

How often can we meet?
Client meetings are included in every package. Business hours are between 8:30am-5:00pm. Emails are responded to within 24 business hours. Client meetings are scheduled in advance. Hopping on a "quick call" must also be scheduled.
